Stockholders of record and beneficial owners of Yahoo! common
stock as of April 16, 2007 and holders of a valid proxy for
the annual meeting are entitled to attend the annual meeting
in person. Attendees' names will be verified against the list
of stockholders of record prior to their being admitted to the
annual meeting. Attendees should be prepared to present photo
identification for admission. Beneficial owners must provide
proof of beneficial ownership on the record date, such as a
brokerage account statement showing that they owned Yahoo!
stock as of the record date, a copy of the voting instruction
card provided by their broker, bank or other nominee, or other
similar evidence of ownership as of the record date, as well
as their photo identification for admission. Attendees that
do not provide photo identification or comply with the other
procedures outlined above upon request will not be admitted to
the annual meeting. As in previous years, press will be asked
to provide press credentials to be admitted to the annual
meeting.
