Carol Bartz Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Bartz has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our Board of Directors since January 2009 and as our President since April 2009.
Ms. Bartz served as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Autodesk, Inc., a computer-aided design software provider, from May 2006 to February 2009, as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Autodesk from April 1992 to April 2006 and as a director of Autodesk from April 1992 to February 2009. From 1983 to April 1992, Ms. Bartz served in a number of positions at Sun Microsystems, Inc., a provider of computer systems, software and services (now a subsidiary of Oracle Corporation), including as Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations and as an executive officer. Currently, Ms. Bartz also serves as the lead director of Cisco Systems, Inc., a networking technology company, and as a director of the National Medals of Science and Technology Foundation. Ms. Bartz previously served as a director of BEA Systems, Inc., a provider of database-related software (now a subsidiary of Oracle Corporation), Intel Corp., a semiconductor chip design and manufacturing company, and NetApp, Inc., a provider of data-storage and data-management tools.
Ms. Bartz holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Michael J. Callahan Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Mike Callahan was named as executive vice president in 2007, having previously served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Yahoo! since 2003 and has previously held the roles of Yahoo!'s deputy general counsel and assistant secretary. Callahan is responsible for the worldwide legal affairs and public policy of Yahoo!, as well as advising the Company's management and board of directors on strategic and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Yahoo! in 1999, Callahan was with Electronics for Imaging, Inc. in a business development capacity and as corporate counsel. Prior to EFI, Callahan was with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP concentrating on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters.
Callahan holds a law degree from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in International Affairs and Arab Studies from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

David Dibble is executive vice president of Service Engineering & Operations at Yahoo!. He is responsible for keeping Yahoo! up and running smoothly around the clock as well as overseeing Yahoo!'s common technology services, including infrastructure, application management, and IT. David is responsible for charting a clear infrastructure roadmap for Yahoo!, driving execution across our global data centers, directing our migration to a next-generation environment, and pursuing new levels of site-up performance and business continuity.
David brings a wealth of experience to Yahoo!, having built and managed scalable, world-class production operations throughout an accomplished career. Most recently, David was Chief Technology Officer at First Data Corporation, where he led an organization of 6,000 staff across several countries, oversaw the development of a comprehensive Technology Strategy and Governance framework, and managed the company's data center operations and application platforms. His teams consistently delivered on impressive operational readiness standards and stability requirements. Prior to First Data, David held a variety of technology leadership positions with JP Morgan, Charles Schwab and FMC Corporation.

David Filo, a native of Moss Bluff, La., co-created the Yahoo! Internet navigational guide in April 1994 with Jerry Yang and co-founded Yahoo! Inc. in April 1995. Filo serves as a key technologist, directing the technical operations behind the company's global network of Web properties. He is credited with helping build Yahoo! into the world's most highly trafficked Web site and one of the Internet's most recognized brands. Filo holds a B.S. degree in computer engineering from Tulane University and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University. He is currently on a leave of absence from Stanford's electrical engineering Ph.D. program.

Blake Irving is Executive Vice President and Chief Products Officer at Yahoo!. Irving leads Yahoo!'s Products organization, which is responsible for the vision, strategy, design and development of Yahoo!'s global consumer and advertiser product portfolio. Irving is focused on building unique and highly personal experiences for Yahoo!'s consumers, delivering on Yahoo!'s promise of Science, Art and Scale to its advertisers, and continuing to deliver more and faster innovations to the market.
Irving most recently was a professor at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management in Malibu, California. Previously, Irving served as corporate vice president of the Windows Live Platform group at Microsoft, leading a team of 4,000 to build and operate Microsoft's Internet-scale services platform, advertiser and developer ecosystem. Irving also held a variety of development and general management positions at Microsoft.
Before joining Microsoft, Irving held development and product marketing management positions at Xerox Corp., Oki Electric Industry Co. Ltd. and Compaq Computer Corp.

Tim Morse is Yahoo!'s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the company's executive team. Morse is responsible for the company's finance, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions groups and plays a key role in developing the company's business strategy.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Morse was the CFO of Altera Corporation, a semiconductor company specializing in programmable logic devices for communications, industrial, and consumer applications, where he established scalable, cost-effective processes and controls. Morse previously served as the CFO and general manager of business development for General Electric Plastics. A 15-year veteran of GE, Morse also held a variety of positions at GE Plastics, GE Appliances and GE Capital in North America, Europe and Asia.
Morse holds a bachelor's degree in finance and operations and strategic management from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.

Keith Nilsson Senior Vice President, Global Initiatives Group

Keith Nilsson is Senior Vice-President of Yahoo!'s Global Initiatives group, responsible for global strategic and revenue partnerships across Yahoo!'s regions. Prior to his current role, Nilsson managed Yahoo!'s fastest growing geographic region, the Emerging Markets. As one of Yahoo!'s four geographic regions, the Emerging Markets spanned from Latin America, Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.
Prior to this role, Nilsson was Vice President of Corporate Development for Yahoo!, responsible for mergers and acquisitions, investments and strategic partnership activities globally. During his tenure in Corporate Development, he directly led or oversaw over 40 acquisitions, investments or joint ventures worth more than $6 billion in transaction value. Many of these deals have helped shape Yahoo!'s global operations into the strong network that it is today.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Nilsson worked in technology at Intel Corporation, and investment banking and equity research with Bankers Trust and Alex Brown in New York and Hong Kong. Nilsson has lived and worked internationally for more than fifteen years, including four years in Hong Kong, three years in Singapore, four years in Japan, and four years in the EU (France, Switzerland and Belgium). Nilsson has also travelled extensively, having visited over 70 countries.
Nilsson is a member of Young Professionals Organization (YPO) and the Council on Foreign Relations. He holds a bachelor of arts from the University of California, Davis, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia.

Prabhakar Raghavan Senior Vice President, Yahoo's Chief Scientist and Head of Yahoo! Labs

Prabhakar Raghavan is Senior Vice President, Yahoo's Chief Scientist and Head of Yahoo! Labs. In his role as Chief Scientist, Raghavan is responsible for developing the long-term technical vision for Yahoo!'s business. In addition, he works to extend Yahoo!'s scientific leadership in several disciplines critical to innovation in consumer Web experiences and online advertising. At Yahoo! Labs he has overseen the growth of the research, applied science and academic relations functions globally, with major Yahoo! Labs centers of excellence in the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Raghavan is a Member of the National Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the ACM and of the IEEE, and Consulting Professor of Computer Science at Stanford University. Prior to joining Yahoo! he was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Verity, before which he held various technical and managerial positions at IBM Research. Raghavan holds a PhD from Berkeley and is the author of textbooks on algorithms and on information retrieval, along with numerous papers and patents.

Rich Riley is Senior Vice President & MD of Yahoo! EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa). In this role, he oversees all go-to-market activities and operations for consumers, advertisers and partners in the EMEA region.
Riley joined Yahoo! in January 1999 when Yahoo! acquired Log-Me-On.com, the start-up company he co-founded, which developed and patented what is today the Yahoo! Toolbar. In his nearly ten years with Yahoo!, Riley has held a variety of roles including corporate and business development, leading the Small & Medium Business division in the U.S. and most recently as SVP of the Advertiser & Publisher Group in Europe where he was responsible for Yahoo!'s European advertising business.
Riley has extensive experience in operating Internet businesses, having co-invented the Yahoo! Toolbar, working on Yahoo!'s communications and small business products, leading numerous partnerships, as well as having served as a leader of Yahoo!'s search and display businesses.
Prior to joining Yahoo! and starting Log-Me-On.com, Riley worked as a financial analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York.
Riley graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics with Majors in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management and serves on the Wharton Entrepreneurial Advisory Board.

Jeff Russakow is Yahoo!'s executive vice president of Customer Advocacy. In this role, Russakow has global responsibility for all of Yahoo!'s customer support functions, including audience, small business, ad operations, and search network quality
Before joining Yahoo!, Russakow served in executive management roles at Symantec, including leadership of global enterprise support services, global services product management and solutions engineering, and corporate strategy. While at Symantec, he helped increase customer support satisfaction to record levels. Prior to Symantec, Russakow was vice president of worldwide sales operations and customer support at Adobe Systems. Before that, he served as vice president of strategy and field operations at SAP America. Russakow began his career at McKinsey & Company.

Hilary Schneider is EVP, Americas Region. In this role, Schneider is responsible for Yahoo!'s North, Central and South American business including advertising sales, partnerships and programming. Schneider reports directly to Yahoo!'s CEO Carol Bartz. Schneider, who joined Yahoo in 2006, previously led the company's U.S. region, Global Partner Solutions and Local Markets and Commerce divisions.
Prior to Yahoo!, Schneider held senior leadership roles at Knight Ridder, Inc. where she was CEO of Knight Ridder Digital before moving to co-manage the company's overall newspaper and online business. Before joining Knight Ridder, Schneider served as president and CEO of Red Herring Communications, overseeing Red Herring Magazine, RedHerring.com and Red Herring's events unit. Schneider also held a number of roles at Times Mirror including president and CEO of Times Mirror Interactive and General Manager of the Baltimore Sun. Prior to her role at Times Mirror, Schneider was vice president of Corporate Finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Schneider currently serves as a director of Vail Resorts, Inc. Schneider holds a B.A. in economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Elisa Steele is executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Yahoo!. Steele is responsible for the company's global marketing strategy and functions including brand, audience, business-to-business and regional marketing, as well as insights, global communications, policy, privacy, community affairs and related central teams.
Steele has extensive experience leading global marketing at technology companies. Prior to joining Yahoo!, she was senior vice president of corporate marketing at NetApp, where she led the company's brand strategy and execution programs, communications, corporate relations, and integrated marketing functions on a global basis. Before NetApp, Steele led Sun's integrated marketing and merchandising organization, where she was responsible for global go-to-market initiatives, campaign execution, events, online marketing, and installed base marketing. Rose Tsou Senior Vice President, APAC Region

Rose Tsou joined Yahoo! Taiwan as general manager in 2000 and was promoted to senior vice president of the company's APAC region in April 2007. In this role, Tsou is responsible for managing Yahoo!'s businesses in Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia and India as well as acting liaison with Yahoo!'s joint venture operations in Australia and New Zealand, and the company's strategic partnerships in China and Japan.
From 2001 to 2007 during her tenure as managing director of Yahoo! Taiwan, Tsou led the acquisition of Kimo, a local portal site, in 2002, and subsequently successfully integrated the two companies to make the brand Yahoo! synonymous with internet in Taiwan. Under her leadership Yahoo! Auction became the most successful auctioneer in the market. In 2007, Tsou led the acquisition of Wretch, Taiwan's leading blog and photo site, further cementing Yahoo! Taiwan's leading edge. In 2008, under Tsou's leadership, Yahoo! acquired Taiwan ecommerce company Monday, an important strategic milestone to enabling Yahoo! Taiwan full capabilities in ecommerce from b2c shopping, c2c auction to online store solution.
Tsou possesses solid experience in management, marketing and mass communication. Prior to Yahoo!, Tsou was the General Manager of MTV Taiwan for over two years, leading efforts to make MTV the most popular music channel. Earlier in her career, Tsou held marketing positions at UFO/ Warner Music, Procter & Gamble Taiwan and Ogilvy & Mather Taiwan.
Tsou holds a MBA degree from J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, as well as a Master degree of Mass Communication, Boston University.

David Windley Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

David Windley, the leader of Yahoo!'s global HR team, is responsible for driving Yahoo!'s worldwide strategies around talent, culture and organization effectiveness. The HR team designs and implements programs to attract, develop, and engage talent, and facilitate the building of high performing organizations.
David's extensive experience in the high tech industry includes executive positions at Microsoft, Intuit, and Silicon Graphics (SGI). As an HR executive at Microsoft, he supported the Chief Operating Officer. He was responsible for Microsoft's international HR, and his team also supported sales, service, marketing, business segments, operations and IT. David also served as the VP of HR at Intuit for all of their business units and was SGI's VP of Human Resources where he co-led the HR function. While at SGI, David worked in Switzerland supporting the European region and later in Singapore supporting the Asia Pacific region.
David also held human resource management roles in the construction & engineering, insurance, and entertainment-software industries. He has an MBA from San Francisco State University and a BS from San Diego State University.

Mr. Yang, a founder of Yahoo! and Chief Yahoo, has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 1995. He served as our Chief Executive Officer from June 2007 to January 2009. Mr. Yang co-developed Yahoo! in 1994 while he was working towards his Ph.D. in electrical engineering at Stanford University. Currently, Mr. Yang also serves as a director of Cisco Systems, Inc., Yahoo Japan Corporation and Alibaba Group Holding Limited, a privately-held company which manages investments in several Asia-based internet businesses ("Alibaba"). Mr. Yang is also a trustee of Stanford University and a member of the Board of Directors of the Asian Pacific Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Asian-Americans in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Yang holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
