Carol Bartz Chief Executive Officer

Carol Bartz is the chief executive officer and a director of Yahoo!. Previously, Bartz served as executive chairman of the board of Autodesk, Inc. In April, 2006, she stepped down as chairman, president and CEO of Autodesk after 14 years with the company. During her tenure, the company diversified its product line and grew revenues from $285 million to $1.523 billion in FY06.
Bartz previously held positions at Sun Microsystems, most recently serving as vice president of worldwide field operations and an executive officer of the company. Before joining Sun, she held product line and sales management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and 3M Corporation.
Bartz holds an honors degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin. She was granted an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, an honorary Doctor of Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an honorary Doctor of Letters degree from William Woods University.

Ari Balogh EVP, Products and Chief Technology Officer

Aristotle "Ari" Balogh is currently executive vice president of Products and Chief Technology Officer. In this role he leads the company's Products organization, which is responsible for the vision, strategy, design and development of Yahoo!'s global consumer and advertiser product portfolio. Previously, Balogh held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Yahoo! and was responsible for company-wide technology development, including infrastructure, engineering, research and development, and ensuring the quality of Yahoo!'s product and service delivery.
Prior to Yahoo!, Balogh was executive vice president, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Global Product Development for VeriSign, Inc., where he led all internal and external technology functions. During his nearly ten years at VeriSign, he held numerous technology leadership positions that focused on aligning technical execution with business priorities, driving product strategy, and improving the speed of innovation and quality across the entire lifecycle of service creation and delivery. In 2007, he was recognized by Infoworld as one of the top 25 CTOs in the industry. Prior to joining Verisign, Balogh held leadership positions at SRA Corporation and Roadnet Technologies.
Balogh holds an M.S.E. in electrical and computer engineering and a B.S. in electrical and computer science from The Johns Hopkins University.

Michael J. Callahan Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Mike Callahan was named as executive vice president in 2007, having previously served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Yahoo! since 2003 and has previously held the roles of Yahoo!'s deputy general counsel and assistant secretary. Callahan is responsible for the worldwide legal affairs and public policy of Yahoo!, as well as advising the Company's management and board of directors on strategic and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Yahoo! in 1999, Callahan was with Electronics for Imaging, Inc. in a business development capacity and as corporate counsel. Prior to EFI, Callahan was with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP concentrating on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters.
Callahan holds a law degree from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in International Affairs and Arab Studies from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

David Dibble is executive vice president of Service Engineering & Operations at Yahoo!. He is responsible for keeping Yahoo! up and running smoothly around the clock as well as overseeing Yahoo!'s common technology services, including infrastructure, application management, and IT. David is responsible for charting a clear infrastructure roadmap for Yahoo!, driving execution across our global data centers, directing our migration to a next-generation environment, and pursuing new levels of site-up performance and business continuity.
David brings a wealth of experience to Yahoo!, having built and managed scalable, world-class production operations throughout an accomplished career. Most recently, David was Chief Technology Officer at First Data Corporation, where he led an organization of 6,000 staff across several countries, oversaw the development of a comprehensive Technology Strategy and Governance framework, and managed the company's data center operations and application platforms. His teams consistently delivered on impressive operational readiness standards and stability requirements. Prior to First Data, David held a variety of technology leadership positions with JP Morgan, Charles Schwab and FMC Corporation.

David Filo, a native of Moss Bluff, La., co-created the Yahoo! Internet navigational guide in April 1994 with Jerry Yang and co-founded Yahoo! Inc. in April 1995. Filo serves as a key technologist, directing the technical operations behind the company's global network of Web properties. He is credited with helping build Yahoo! into the world's most highly trafficked Web site and one of the Internet's most recognized brands. Filo holds a B.S. degree in computer engineering from Tulane University and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University. He is currently on a leave of absence from Stanford's electrical engineering Ph.D. program.

Tim Morse is Yahoo!'s chief financial officer and a member of the company's executive team. Morse is responsible for the company's finance, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions groups and plays a key role in developing the company's business strategy.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Morse was the CFO of Altera Corporation, a semiconductor company specializing in programmable logic devices for communications, industrial, and consumer applications, where he established scalable, cost-effective processes and controls. He previously served as the CFO and general manager of business development for General Electric Plastics. A 15-year veteran of GE, he also held a variety of positions at GE Plastics, GE Appliances and GE Capital in North America, Europe and Asia.
Morse holds a bachelor's degree in finance and operations and strategic management from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.

Jeff Russakow is Yahoo!'s executive vice president of Customer Advocacy. In this role, Russakow has global responsibility for all of Yahoo!'s customer support functions, including audience, small business, ad operations, and search network quality
Before joining Yahoo!, Russakow served in executive management roles at Symantec, including leadership of global enterprise support services, global services product management and solutions engineering, and corporate strategy. While at Symantec, he helped increase customer support satisfaction to record levels. Prior to Symantec, Russakow was vice president of worldwide sales operations and customer support at Adobe Systems. Before that, he served as vice president of strategy and field operations at SAP America. Russakow began his career at McKinsey & Company.
Russakow holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Princeton University and master's and PhD degrees in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.

Hilary Schneider is executive vice president of Yahoo! North America. In this role, Schneider is responsible for Yahoo!'s North American business including advertising sales, partnerships and programming, as well as for the company's mobile business globally. Schneider reports directly to Yahoo!'s CEO Carol Bartz. Schneider, who joined Yahoo in 2006, previously led the company's U.S. region, Global Partner Solutions and Local Markets and Commerce divisions.
Prior to Yahoo!, Schneider held senior leadership roles at Knight Ridder, Inc. where she was CEO of Knight Ridder Digital before moving to co-manage the company's overall newspaper and online business. Before joining Knight Ridder, Schneider served as president and CEO of Red Herring Communications, overseeing Red Herring Magazine, RedHerring.com and Red Herring's events unit. She also held a number of roles at Times Mirror including president and CEO of Times Mirror Interactive and General Manager of the Baltimore Sun. Prior to her role at Times Mirror, Schneider was vice president of Corporate Finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Schneider has served on the boards of CareerBuilder.com, Classified Ventures, Topix,net, ShopLocal and the Newspaper Association of America.
She holds a B.A. in economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Elisa Steele is executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Yahoo!. Steele is responsible for the company's global marketing strategy and functions including brand, audience, business-to-business and regional marketing, as well as insights, global communications, policy, privacy, community affairs and related central teams.
Steele has extensive experience leading global marketing at technology companies. Prior to joining Yahoo!, she was senior vice president of corporate marketing at NetApp, where she led the company's brand strategy and execution programs, communications, corporate relations, and integrated marketing functions on a global basis. Before NetApp, Steele led Sun's integrated marketing and merchandising organization, where she was responsible for global go-to-market initiatives, campaign execution, events, online marketing, and installed base marketing. Her professional experience also includes management positions at iPlanet eCommerce Solutions, JavaSoft, and AT&T. Steele holds a master of business administration degree from San Francisco State University and a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of New Hampshire.

David Windley, the leader of Yahoo!'s global HR team, is responsible for driving Yahoo!'s worldwide strategies around talent, culture and organization effectiveness. The HR team designs and implements programs to attract, develop, and engage talent, and facilitate the building of high performing organizations. Yahoo! has been listed among Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work.
David's extensive experience in the high tech industry includes executive positions at Microsoft, Intuit, and Silicon Graphics (SGI). As an HR executive at Microsoft, he supported the Chief Operating Officer. He was responsible for Microsoft's international HR, and his team also supported sales, service, marketing, business segments, operations and IT. David also served as the VP of HR at Intuit for all of their business units and was SGI's VP of Human Resources where he co-led the HR function. While at SGI, David worked in Switzerland supporting the European region and later in Singapore supporting the Asia Pacific region.
David also held human resource management roles in the construction & engineering, insurance, and entertainment-software industries. He has an MBA from San Francisco State University and a BS from San Diego State University.

Jerry Yang Co-founder and Chief Yahoo

Jerry Yang, a Taiwanese native raised in San Jose, Calif., co-created the Yahoo! Internet navigational guide in April 1994 with David Filo and co-founded Yahoo! Inc. in April 1995. He served as chief executive officer of the company from June 2007 to January 2009.
Mr. Yang, a leading force in the Internet media industry, has been instrumental in building Yahoo! into the world's most highly trafficked Web site and one of the world's most recognized brands.
Since the company's founding, Mr. Yang has been a key member of the executive management team. His focus at Yahoo! over the years has included corporate strategy, Yahoo!'s technology vision, strategic business partnerships and international joint ventures, and recruiting key talent.
In addition to serving on the Yahoo! Board of Directors, Mr. Yang currently serves on the board of directors of Cisco Systems, Yahoo! Japan, and Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., and is also on the Stanford University Board of Trustees. Mr. Yang holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University and is currently on a leave of absence from Stanford's electrical engineering Ph.D. program.
